Choose from the Instant Clean range for Natural Stone, Artificial Stone or Block Paving.

Mix and apply by pump up sprayer, watering can or bucket and brush.

Leave for 1-2 hours then rinse with a garden hose.

When using any product for cleaning it is best to keep children and pets off the surface being cleaned until dry.

All of the Instant Clean range are biodegradable and oxidise very quickly and become safe once the surface is completely dry usually within an hour.

Once dry all that is left is common salt which can be rinsed off into the borders, drains etc without causing any damage.

Sadly if not maintained after initially using Instant Clean black spot and algae will return, the good news is after using Instant Clean to remove black spot and algae you then maintain it by using our Stay Clean product.

You simply apply Stay Clean once a year and leave it. Using this method your stone surface will be clean and black spot free 365 days a year.

Our Instant Clean range are not to be used on tarmac however our Stay Clean product is safe to be used on tarmac, it kills and prevents the return of moss and organic growth.

That's a great question! We as a company have over the years cleaned 1000s of sqm of paving which had Instant Clean run off onto artificial grass and not once has it damaged the artificial grass.

The ingrediants in Instant Clean products are plastic friendly and do not damage or change the colour, however we always adivse to do a test patch before using any product.

No our products can be harmful to aquatic life.

If its forecast for a hot and sunny day apply Instant Clean in the morning or later in the evening, the reason for this is because you do not want the product drying too quickly before its done its job.

Instant Clean can be used all year round unless in minus degrees.

The only difference between applying in summer than autumn/winter is that it takes sligthly longer to clean in colder temperatures but results will still be the same regarless of the month.

Do not spray on a windy day.

Another great question, as there is alot of misleading advice on the internet.

Our advice is based on many years of experiance using our products, If you spray your grass or plants with any chemical or product it will damage your grass or plants to some extent.

If the paving you are applying the product to meets a grass area or a flower bed give the areas a hose down with water for a minute before applying our product to the paved area, this way the grass and flowers will not be thirsty and will not suck up the product.

If you accidently spray Instant Clean on any plant or grass simply give them a quick wet with a hose and there will be little damage.

Once Instant Clean has been applied to the desired area and dwell time has passed the product is no longer active and is safe to be rinsed away into grass or flower beds.

Step Two: Maintain that clean by simply spraying and leaving our Stay Clean product every 8-12 months.

Yes, you must wear chemical resistant gloves, safety glasses and a mask to ensure product does not enter the respiratory tract. Suitable waterproof footwear is also required. The products will stain fabrics ie clothing so ensure to wear old clothing.

Rinse with water immediately (ideally warm water). If your clothes become contaminated, remove immediately.
