Returns & Refund Policy

At Shark Cleaning Chemicals, we aim to provide high-quality products and a straightforward returns process.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage

Return Process

We offer a Royal Mail tracked returns label for your convenience.

Please note:

  • A return postage fee will be deducted from your refund:
    • £6.95 for 5L products
    • £11.20 for 10L products

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • A refund will be issued for the product cost only
  • Return postage costs will be deducted as outlined above
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange a free return or replacement

Non-Returnable Items

 

 

 

 

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products
  • Items not returned in original condition
