Two Step Process

Say goodbye to black spot forever with our two step process:

Step One: Clean using Instant Clean for your stone type which will remove all black spot and algae from your stone.

Step Two: Maintain that clean by simply spraying and leaving our Stay Clean product every 8-12 months. (Please Note: Stay Clean is safe to be used on tarmac)

Directions Instant Clean - Step One:

1. Wear chemical resistant gloves, safety glasses and a mask to ensure product does not enter the respiratory tract. Suitable waterproof footwear is also required. The products will stain fabrics i.e. clothing so ensure to wear old clothing.

2. Prepare surface by either pressure washing the area or using a brush to sweep away loose debris.

3. Dilute the product by using a 3-1 ratio. 3 parts water and 1 part instant clean.
(If you have not used the product before please do a test patch before treating the whole area.)

4. Apply by using either a pump sprayer, watering can or a bucket and yard brush.

5. Once applied, allow to cure for a period of 1 hour.

6. Rinse off with a hosepipe and be amazed by the results!

7. Any black spots that remain, simply retreat the area in which they remain.

8. If black spot is stubborn and still not been removed after reapplying use Instant Clean neat until gone.

9. Apply our Stay Clean product 8-12 months later to prevent the return of black spot. (see directions below)

Directions Stay Clean - Step Two:

1. Wear appropriate PPE (chemical resistant gloves (EN374), safety glasses and a mask to ensure product does not enter the respiratory tract. Wellington boots are also required. A respirator is not required. The product will stain fabrics and furnishings so make sure you’re not wearing your best clothes).

2. Prepare surface by either pressure washing the area or using a brush to sweep away loose debris. (If pressure washed allow to dry before applying Stay Clean)

3. Dilute the product by using a 5-1 ratio. 5 parts water and 1 part Stay Clean.
(If you have not used the product before please do a test patch before treating the whole area.)

4. Apply by using either a pump sprayer, watering can or a bucket and yard brush.

5. Once applied, allow to dry and the product will keep your area black spot and algae free. 

Ensure product doesn’t come into contact with skin, eyes or respiratory tract. In the event product does comes into direct contact with the body, immediately rinse with water. Ensure this product does not come into contact with fabrics or furnishings.
